"How a necessity became a modern lifestyle"
"PIZZA": it originates from the Greek word "Pēktos" which means solid or clotted bread. It came to Italy as a concept. In southern Italy, tomatoes were cheap & well-produced vegetables and among them was San Marzano tomato, known as "The king of tomatoes". Poor people used those tomatoes to spread over clotted or flatbread and bake them.
